Responsibilities
What you will do in Media at Mawqif.
Photography & events
- Photograph school events, student life, and especially sports events with clear composition and context.
- Write accurate captions that identify people, places, and moments clearly.
- Coordinate with writers and editors to match visuals with stories.
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all photography.
Design & graphics
- Create graphics, charts, and visual assets that support and clarify reporting.
- Design social media posts, story templates, and featured section visuals.
- Maintain consistent branding: colors, fonts, and visual language across platforms.
- Build reusable templates to increase speed without losing quality.
Distribution & social media
- Post and distribute published stories on social media with consistent timing and tone.
- Turn complex articles into clear, engaging visuals and captions.
- Track basic performance and adjust what we post based on engagement.
- Ensure strong reporting is seen, not buried, through smart distribution.
