ROLE / 02 — EDITOR
Editor.
You enforce structure, neutrality, and publication quality. Editors control what gets published — judgment, consistency, and the ability to guide writers without doing their work for them.

- A credible portfolio for university applications that shows leadership and responsibility.
- Experience managing workflows, deadlines, and writer relationships.
